Joe Dale

Joe Dale is an independent languages consultant from the UK who works with a range of organisations such as Network for Languages, ALL, The British Council, the BBC, Skype, Microsoft and The Guardian. He was host of the TES MFL forum for six years, former SSAT Languages Lead Practitioner, a regular conference speaker and recognised expert on technology and language learning. He has spoken at conferences and run training courses in Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, the Far East and Australasia. He was a member of the Ministerial Steering Group on languages for the UK coalition government and advised on the Linguanet Worldwide project for The Language Company. He created ICT activities for the new Institut Français, ALL and Network for Languages Primary French Project Niveau Bleu, Blanc and Rouge courses and was short-listed for a NAACE Impact Award in 2013 too. Joe supported the Erasmus Plus project Conflict to Cooperation with 5 European countries and is currently involved in the Supporting Schools Reform in Algeria project through the British Council. He was recently described in a Guardian article as an 'MFL guru' and 'the man behind the #mfltwitterati.'.

Russell Stannard

Russell Stannard is the founder of TeacherTrainingVideos.Com an online training site that provides free step by step videos to help students incorporate technology into their teaching. His popular YouTube channel has over 50,000 subscribers and he is a previous winner of the British Council ELTons 'Technology' award, the Times Higher 'Outstanding Technology idea' and the University of Westminster 'Excellence in Teaching.' He is an associate trainer at NILE where he teaches on the MA in ELT programme. He also works as a technology consultant for Kings College University London where he trains lecturers and professors in teaching online. He writes a regular column in the English Teaching Professional as well as writing regular blog posts for Express Publishing.

Shelly Sanchez Terrell

Shelly Sanchez Terrell (@ShellTerrell) is an award winning digital innovator, international speaker, and the author of Hacking Digital Learning: Ways to Launch EdTech Missions, The 30 Goals Challenge for Teachers, Teacher Reboot Camp, and Learning to Go. She has trained teachers and taught learners in over 20 countries as an invited guest expert and ambassador for the U.S. Embassy. She was named Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women and received a Bammy Award as the founder of #Edchat. Her greatest joy is being the mother of Savannah. She currently enjoys being a STEM teacher and curriculum writer for Harmony Schools in Houston, Texas, as well as an adjunct professor for graduate courses helping teachers integrate technology effectively. Ida Okur

Ida is an Academic Consultant at İnkaş and takes great pride in teaching languages and has been doing it for years in Turkey. Her thirst for knowledge in education fuels her and keeps the flame lit for her to share. She has a wide variety of experiences as both an English and Spanish teacher, teaching children, teens and adults, all from different levels, backgrounds, skills and interests. Her current path is to provide consultancy and support to schools and teachers, and anyone linked to teaching and languages.

Judith Çubukçu

Judith Sharpe, working at İnkaş as an Academic Consultant, is a highly experienced language teacher, coordinator and trainer, and has taught at a variety of K-12 schools in Turkey. Her focus has been on raising standards at operational and strategic instructional levels. Working alongside teachers as their mentor, consultant and trainer, Judith teachers with enthusiasm, motivation and inspiration with her belief that: ‘We were all born to shine.’

Amir Hamidi

Amir is a teacher trainer at Unlimited Educational Services (UES) in Istanbul. He completed his BA and MA in TESOL specializing in learner-centred approaches to teaching English. He has taught ESL-EFL and trained teachers in the past 12 years. For him, training sessions are an opportunity to share the love of teaching and help teachers remain motivated in their work.

Laura Moulton

Laura Moulton is Professional Learning and Development Manager for Cambridge University Press, Turkey. She has been a teacher since early 2000 and a teacher trainer since 2004. Delivering training to KG, Primary, Secondary, University and Language School teachers, she has developed and delivered workshops, plenaries and training sessions at schools, universities and conferences in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and all over Turkey. She also works on developing and delivering sustained continuous professional development programmes to teachers in both EFL and ESL contexts for schools in Turkey In addition to training teachers, Laura also delivers training to teacher trainers, including Cambridge Train the Trainer programme.

Dr. Tony Gurr

Dr. Tony Gurr is a seasoned teacher, trainer, consultant - and learner. He draws on his wide range of ‘hands-on’ experience in schools, colleges and higher education institutions in the UK, Middle East, the US, Australia, and Türkiye. A popular workshop facilitator and keynote presenter, Tony is well-known for his creative and thought-provoking sessions with educators and trainee teachers. As the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) at Momentum Learning Solutions, Tony consults for a wide range of institutions, supports the development of in-house CPD programmes and mentors curriculum, assessment, accreditation and leadership teams across the region. Tony is married and is very proud of his status as an ‘educational enişte’ here in his adopted home - canım Türkiyem. Aslıhan Akçay Çelik

Aslıhan Akçay Çelik works as a Master Trainer & Learning Consultant at Pearson. Being a teacher, trainer and PhD candidate, she has conducted a number of academic studies and had the opportunity to bridge some gaps between theories and real-classroom practices. Her key areas of interest are Material Development and Teacher Professional Development. Having served as an Education Manager, Foreign Languages Department Coordinator, Researcher, English Teacher and Drama Instructor, she started her teacher training career five years ago. Since then, she has delivered a great many workshops, seminars and webinars all around Turkey. She has also authored a four-level series of Drama Activity Book for primary learners and had editorial roles in some material development projects at Pearson.

Teresa Doğuelli

Teresa Doğuelli has been a teacher and trainer since 1976 - teaching adults, teenagers and children; teachers, teacher trainers, ELT inspectors and parents. She has been living and working in and from Turkey since 1979 and a full-time teacher trainer for Macmillan Education, Northern & Southern Europe, since 2012. She has a DTEFLA and an MA in Applied Linguistics from the University of Reading.

Amir Esmkhani

As a former British Council Teacher Trainer in Middle East (2006-2010), with double Master’s degrees in ELT and Information Communication Technology from Iran and Australia, respectively in 2006 & 2012, Amir has been the founder, CEO and DoS of IZ Education Center in Iran since 2002. His research interests lie in Linguistics, ELT, and Drama in Education . More precisely, he is interested in research where those different fields might work together or affect each other. He was employed by Monash University English Language Center, in Melbourne Australia as an ELICOS teacher in 2012 to teach general English, IELTS, Bridging courses and Academic English to International students at Monash University until 2016. Currently he has organised international webinars hosting greatest ELT scholars such as Professor Chomsky, Professor Krashen, Professor Larsen-Freeman and many more. Since October 1st, 2020, he is a proud member of Kardes Kitap book distribution company in Ankara, Turkey as an academic trainer.

Adem Özkara

A highly qualified senior education consultant with over 10+ years of experience in e-learning. He made his profession through Cambridge University Press and Macmillan Education online materials, he used and trained teachers and students over the years. He introduces online resources to the educational institutions by prioritizing teacher and student satisfaction and following closely the innovations in the rapidly developing e-learning field. Adem Özkara now represents Ena Education as the co-founder and the Digital Education Coordinator of the company.
